The Catalog of U.S. Government Publications (CGP) is a finding tool for historic and current documents produced by the U.S. Government. Search results show bibliographic information about publications and links to digital publications when available.

Overview

In 2024, the South Carolina State Library partnered with the U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) to become an official Preservation Steward. Under this agreement, the library commits to permanently preserving print collections of both historical and current U.S. Government publications produced by GPO and distributed through the Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP).
