1. Personal and professional development: Examine biases and blind spots and build a better understanding of the history of racism and its impact on our communities and organizations.

2. Systemic changes: Look at policies, procedures, and practices that affect the public and library staff. Examine if workplace culture is inclusive and not just diverse.

3. Public services: Provide relevant resources for growth, learning, and conversations in our community.
