  • Hacky Sack Obstacle Course – Create a simple course where kids balance a flop ball, hacky sack, or juggling balls on different body parts while moving through obstacles (e.g., walking a line, stepping over pool noodles).
  • Skill Toy Storytime – Read a book like You Are a Lion! And Other Fun Yoga Poses by Taeeun Yoo, then have kids try simple balancing challenges with flop balls.

Tweens (Ages 7-12)

  • Juggling 101 – Teach kids to juggle by starting with scarves. Progress to juggling balls, hacky sacks, and rings.
  • Juggling Boot Camp – Use the juggling rings, juggling balls, flop balls, or the flower sticks to teach progressive skill-building from one object to three.
  • Flop Ball Trick Swap – Have kids work in small groups, learn a new trick from the flop ball deck cards, and then teach it to another group.
